• Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated by CBR in writing.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within the stipulated timeframe and may exclude service costs already rendered.
Participation in any record attempt or related activity is entirely at your own risk. CBR does not assume liability for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation or misuse of the Services.
You agree to conduct all activities safely, ethically, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
