For Classes 6–8 (11–13 Years)

“The Age Where Personality Begins Finding Its Voice”

Guidance Note for Teachers, Parents & Counselors

Students between 11–13 years begin experiencing major emotional, social, intellectual, and behavioural changes. This is the age where children:

1.Seek identity
2.Compare themselves with peers
3.Develop confidence or self-doubt
4.Become emotionally sensitive
5.Explore independence
6.Discover talents and interests
7.Experience peer influence strongly

This application is designed not merely to assess academic performance, but to understand the student’s:
Emotional maturity - Social behaviour - Self-awareness - Leadership qualities - Critical thinking – Motivation - Confidence level - Decision-making style - Mindset and resilience

Observe carefully: How do they react to pressure? How do they treat others? How do they express disagreement? Do they seek validation? Do they think independently? Do they show empathy?
These observations help reveal the student’s true developmental journey.
