EARLY EXPLORERS FORM

For LKG & UKG (3–5 Years)

Every Little Action Reveals a Big Little Personality

A Gentle Note for Teachers & Parents

Children between 3–5 years express themselves through play, curiosity, emotions, movement, imagination, and reactions. This form is not designed to judge a child’s intelligence or compare them with others. Instead, it helps us understand how the child experiences the world.

While filling this application, observe the child naturally, during storytelling, free play, interaction with friends, drawing, eating, sharing, listening, and exploring. Small habits often reveal big things:
1. A curious child asks questions.
2. A thoughtful child notices details.
3. A confident child volunteers quickly.
4. A sensitive child reacts emotionally.
5. A creative child imagines possibilities.

The goal of this form is to discover:
Emotional comfort - Social behaviour - Communication style - Curiosity level - Confidence - Imagination - Attention span -Natural interests -Learning readiness. There are no “perfect” answers. Every child grows differently, beautifully, and uniquely.
